This page sets out our Messaging Terms & Conditions and our Messaging Privacy Policy in accordance with applicable U.S. law, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and relevant industry guidelines (such as CTIA best practices).

By enrolling in the Messaging Program, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and that you are the current subscriber or authorized user of the mobile phone number you provide.
If you change or deactivate your mobile number, you agree to notify us and, if necessary, opt out from the old number to prevent messages from being sent to the wrong person.
These Messaging Terms & Conditions are governed by U.S. law and, where applicable, the laws of the state in which Arvian Law Firm maintains its principal office, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arvian Law Firm and its service providers are not liable for any delayed, failed, or misdirected delivery of any messages, any errors in the content of messages, or any actions taken or not taken by you in reliance on messages.
